Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the TENA Men Take Back Your Game Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Essity North America Inc. (the “Sponsor”).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. If you do not agree to the Official Rules, do not enter the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry (“entrant”, or “you”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents or representatives of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of, or persons living in the same household as, any such individual, are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Administrator’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes Period consists of three (3) monthly entry periods (each, a “Monthly Entry Period”), each corresponding to a separate Monthly Prize, as follows:
Eligible individuals need only submit one (1) registration entry during the Sweepstakes Period to participate. Once submitted and verified as eligible, the registration entry will be included in the Monthly Prize drawing for the Monthly Entry Period in which it is received and, if not selected, will automatically roll over into each subsequent Monthly Prize drawing remaining during the Sweepstakes Period.
Any bonus entries earned during the Sweepstakes Period (as described below) will be included in the Monthly Prize drawing corresponding to the Monthly Entry Period in which such bonus entries are received and, if not selected, will automatically roll over into each subsequent Monthly Prize drawing remaining during the Sweepstakes Period.
All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, including any earned bonus entries, will also be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing, subject to the limit of one (1) prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting TakeBackYourGame.com (the “Sweepstakes Website”), completing the online registration form in full with all required information, and agreeing to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.tena.us/privacy-policy. Upon successful submission of the registration form, entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Registration Entry”). Limit of one (1) Registration Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Bonus Entries:
Following submission of a Registration Entry, entrants may earn additional bonus entries into the applicable Monthly Prize drawings and Grand Prize drawing by completing one of the optional methods described below.
Limit of one (1) bonus entry per person per week during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the entry method used. For purposes of these Official Rules, each week during the Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on Saturday and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the following Friday.
a) Purchase Bonus Entries:
After submitting a Registration Entry, entrants will have access to their Sweepstakes account dashboard (the “Dashboard”), through which eligible purchase receipt submissions may be uploaded and tracked. Entrants may earn one (1) bonus entry by purchasing a participating TENA Men product (defined below) from a participating retailer (defined below) and uploading a photograph or image of the applicable purchase receipt through the Dashboard in accordance with the on-screen instructions.
Subject to the bonus entry limit set out in these Official Rules, a valid receipt submission will receive one (1) bonus entry, regardless of the number of participating products purchased on the receipt.
Eligible purchase receipts may be from either in-store or online purchases made through participating retailers.
Participating retailers include Publix, Walmart, Stop & Shop, ShopRite, Walgreens, CVS, Target, and Giant Food. Purchases from other retailers are not eligible.
Participating TENA Men products include TENA Men Absorbent Guards 20ct (UPC: 768702541961), TENA Men Absorbent Guards 48ct (UPC: 768702527002), and TENA Men Absorbent Guards 144ct (UPC: 768702542562). Purchases of other TENA products are not eligible.
To be considered valid, each receipt submission must clearly display the retailer name, date of purchase, participating product purchased, and total purchase amount. Receipt submissions are subject to verification by the Administrator. Illegible, altered, fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete, or otherwise non-compliant receipt submissions may be rejected in the sole discretion of the Administrator.
b) Mail-In Bonus Entries:
To earn one (1) bonus entry without making a purchase, an entrant must hand-print the words “TENA Men Take Back Your Game Sweepstakes Mail-In Entry Request”, together with their full name, complete mailing address, valid email address, and telephone number, on a plain piece of paper and mail it in a handwritten, standard #10 envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entry requests must comply with all applicable requirements set out in these Official Rules and are subject to verification by the Administrator. Illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, mechanically reproduced, automated, or otherwise non-compliant mail-in entry requests may be rejected in the sole discretion of the Administrator.
Each mail-in entry request must be mailed separately, postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period, and received by November 20, 2026. Subject to the bonus entry limit set out in these Official Rules, a valid mail-in entry request will receive one (1) bonus entry. The postmark date will determine which Monthly Entry Period the mail-in entry applies to. If the postmark date is not visible, the mail-in entry will apply to the Monthly Entry Period in which it was received.
All mail-in entry requests and outer envelopes must be handwritten. Mechanically reproduced, computer-generated, photocopied, illegible, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant mail-in entry requests or outer envelopes are void and may be rejected in the sole discretion of the Sponsor or Administrator. Mail-in entry requests become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
All entries must be submitted and received during the Sweepstakes Period (or by the applicable mail-in entry deadline, where applicable) and otherwise comply with these Official Rules to be eligible. Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant and not by any other person or entity on the entrant’s behalf. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or automated means, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified in the sole discretion of the Sponsor or Administrator.
Limit one (1) Registration Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period and one (1) bonus entry per person per week. Any individual whom the Sponsor or Administrator reasonably believes is attempting to enter using multiple names, identities, email addresses, accounts, or any other method in order to exceed the stated entry limits may be disqualified in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, and all associated entries may be declared void.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the Registration Entry, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. All entries are subject to verification. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof of identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules as a condition of awarding a prize.
One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) and three (3) monthly prizes (each, a “Monthly Prize” and collectively, “Monthly Prizes”) are available to be won.
Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of a major sporting event travel experience within the United States for the winner and one (1) guest.
The Grand Prize includes two (2) event tickets for the winner and one (1) guest and may include, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion:
Following verification of eligibility, the Sponsor will work with the winner to identify a preferred sporting event experience. The specific event, destination, travel dates, accommodations, transportation method, seating locations, and all other prize details will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the total value of the Grand Prize is less than $15,000.00 USD, the remaining balance will be awarded to the winner in cash. Sponsor’s decision on the components of the Grand Prize and any remaining balance to be awarded in cash is final, binding and not appealable.
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $15,000.00 USD.
Monthly Prizes: Each monthly prize consists of:
The ARV of each Monthly Prize is $1,000.00 USD. The ARV of all Monthly Prizes is $3,000.00 USD.
The total ARV of all prizes is $18,000.00 USD.
The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The odds of winning a Monthly Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Monthly Entry Period.
Limit of one (1) prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Grand Prize Conditions
Any details relating to the Grand Prize not specifically set out in these Official Rules, including event selection, travel arrangements, accommodations, prize components, and scheduling, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Administrator will administer and coordinate fulfillment of the Grand Prize.
Following winner verification, Administrator will coordinate directly with the winner regarding prize fulfillment and collection of any information reasonably required for fulfillment of the Grand Prize. Sponsor will work with the winner to identify a preferred sporting event experience; however, the specific event, destination, travel dates, accommodations, transportation method, seating locations, and all other prize details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Any travel-related components included as part of the Grand Prize will be arranged by Administrator and are subject to availability, blackout dates, travel schedules, and other applicable restrictions. If travel is included as part of the Grand Prize, the winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary on dates determined by Sponsor.
If hotel accommodations are included as part of the Grand Prize, the winner may be required to present a valid major credit card in their name at hotel check-in to cover incidental charges, security deposits, or other charges not expressly included in the Grand Prize.
Any cash portion of the Grand Prize will be awarded to the winner using a payment method determined by the Administrator within approximately forty-five (45) days following winner verification.
Any costs or expenses not expressly stated as included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, including baggage fees, seat selection fees, meals, beverages, gratuities, optional activities, personal expenses, travel insurance, and applicable taxes.
Winner and their guest are solely responsible for obtaining and possessing all required travel documents and identification, and for complying with all venue, airline(s), airport, hotel, and destination requirements, as applicable. The Sponsor is not responsible if the winner or guest is denied boarding, denied entry, or otherwise unable to travel or participate in any portion of the Grand Prize for any reason.
The winner’s guest must be of the age of majority in their state of residence unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, who must be the winner. The guest may be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release (where lawful) prior to participation in the Grand Prize, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the portion of the Grand Prize allocated to the guest. If the guest is a minor, such release must be executed by the winner as the minor guest’s parent or legal guardian.
If the winner is unable or unwilling to participate in the sporting event experience selected by Sponsor, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or is otherwise unable to accept the Grand Prize as awarded, the Grand Prize may be forfeited in whole or in part and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected, if sufficient time remains and travel arrangements have not already been finalized.
If any event, travel component, accommodation, or other aspect of the Grand Prize is cancelled, postponed, delayed, modified, or unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s control, no additional compensation will be provided except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law.
General Prize Conditions
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize, or any portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.
Monthly Prize components, including the specific make, model, size, features, color, service provider, gift card issuer, and all other details relating to the Monthly Prizes, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to availability. Monthly Prize components are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable manufacturer, service provider, and/or issuer, as applicable. Monthly Prizes will be fulfilled within approximately forty-five (45) days following winner verification.
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes, if any, and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not expressly stated herein as being provided.
Prizes will only be awarded to verified winners. Potential winners will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful), an IRS Form W-9, and any other documents reasonably required by the Sponsor within the timeframe specified. Failure to timely return any required documents may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the applicable prize. Winners will be provided with an IRS Form 1099 depending on the value of their prize.
On or about November 24, 2026, the Administrator will conduct random drawings to select one (1) potential winner for each Monthly Prize and one (1) potential Grand Prize winner, as follows:
All potential winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry within approximately forty-eight (48) hours of the applicable drawing. Each potential winner must respond to the Administrator’s notification within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
If any potential winner fails to respond within the required time period, provides an invalid email address, declines the prize, cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner may, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified and forfeit all rights to the prize. In such event, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner from among the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the same process.
No one is a winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms them as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules.
Before being confirmed as a winner, each potential winner will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of the request, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release (where lawful) form (the “Release”) which:
In addition, each potential winner will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of the request, an IRS Form W-9 (“W-9”) which will require the potential winner to disclose personal information, including a Social Security Number. Sponsor will only use information from the W-9 to fulfill its tax obligations in connection with this Sweepstakes and for no other purpose.
Failure to provide all required documentation within the specified time period will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the applicable prize, in accordance with these Official Rules.
Except where prohibited by law, and pursuant to the signed Release, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, image, likeness, voice, and any statements regarding the Sweepstakes or the prize, for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, permission, or compensation.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, damage to or loss of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light.
For California residents only: Entrants acknowledge that they have read and expressly waive the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between any Sweepstakes materials (including, without limitation, advertising or promotional materials) and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern and prevail. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing or offering of the Sweepstakes, the administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of any prize.
The Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; or for any technical, network, telephone, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind; or for inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive, entry information due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website; or for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s device related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the Sponsor’s control that affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any technical issues, network disruptions or other technical issues, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of termination.
Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Pennsylvania.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, the remedy for any claim will be limited to actual damages, and in no event will any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including legal fees or other related costs.
To the extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a trial by jury in connection with any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.tena.us/privacy-policy.
Personal information provided in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for the purpose of administering, managing, and operating the Sweepstakes, including coordinating and fulfilling the prizes and, where applicable, publishing a list of winners, and otherwise in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy referenced above.

All requests must be received by February 15, 2027 at 3:59:59 PM ET. Requests received after this time will not be fulfilled.
